Description: This event is open to all businesses interested in receiving solicitations from BAE Systems in Radford, VA. Suppliers are asked to bring a comprehensive list of services and products for sale. While the primary focus of Industry Day is the Small Business community, large businesses are also welcome and encouraged to attend. Suppliers are also asked to bring business cards, and to review BAE Systems’ standard Terms & Conditions prior to attending.

Before the Event:

• RSVP by August 19, 2015
• Reviews BAE Systems Terms & Conditions by clicking here

• Arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn anytime between 12-4
• Bring a list of products and services for sale, and any other literature you wish to share with the BAE Systems team
• Upon arrival, follow signs to the event
• You will be received by the BAE Systems Procurement team and select members of BAE Systems Leadership
• You may be referred to members of Engineering, Program Management or Facilities if your products or services match anticipated needs. Representatives from each of these functions will be at the event to learn all about your business!
• Light refreshments will be served
