Black history program featuring Neesey Payne

In celebration of Black History month, New River Community College (NRCC) and the college's Black History Committee will sponsor a guest speaker and music program. Neesey Payne, co-anchor of WDBJ7's Mornin' show will be the keynote speaker. Jason Diggs, Alan Johnson and Moriah Hinton will provide musical entertainment. Light refreshments will be served following the program. The event will be held in 117 Edwards Hall at NRCC in Dublin.
