Bridging the Gap with Best Places

Bridging the gap between leadership and employees is a hands-on, interactive leadership skills workshop focusing on communication.  Learn and practice new skills to help develop and bridge the gap in communication.  Help bridge the communication breakdowns in your organization all while having fun and learning.  Learn to apply these skills in the workplace to enhance and impact your leadership and become a master communicator.  The ‘bridging the gap’ series was developed through feedback from the Montgomery County best places to work survey.
