Bridging the Gap with Best Places

The Chamber supports our business community in developing the culture and climate for attracting the best talent. Each company has its bright spots and challenges. What we have learned over the last two years is often what company leaders believe they have said is not what employees have heard. To help our businesses build a stronger culture and become a more attractive place to work and align vision, mission and values, we have partnered with the NRV Society for Human Resource Managers to bring you three workshops to help bridge the gap in the first quarter. We have also heard that the lunch hour is NOT the time to do these important topics, so we have changed for you.
