This topic is a great chance to learn about developing a strong internship program as well as re-evaluating any existing internship program. Rick Weaver with MCPS and Kathy Jordan, Assistant Director of Virginia Tech's co-op and internship program, will be on hand to answer any questions regarding high school or college internship opportunities.

This year, we've segmented our Business@Lunch topics. January, February and March will focus on Building a Talented Employee Pool. In April, May and June we will explore Tackling Today's Marketing Challenges. August, September and October will bring you tips for Business Planning & Strategy. November will be a recap of everything learned throughout the year.
