July often brings new laws to Virginians. This year we have a law that should be of particular importance to the business community - The Legalization of Marijuana in Virginia. What are the implications? What is the timeline for the legalization and the decriminalization of marijuana? How does this affect workforce drug policies? What if an employee is using and causes an accident harming others or themselves?
