Tea Pairing Workshop

Do you wonder how restaurants and foodies go about choosing beverages to best pair with their dishes?
Wonder no more! Plan to attend this tea pairing workshop with the blender for The Devotea USA.

We'll cover Tea 101, proper tea preparation (steeping) and tasting, and the basics of pairing.

Although this same method can be used for all kinds of tea, wine, and other beverages we'll be focusing on black teas. Each participant will get tea and a plate of goodies ranging from chocolate to fruit to compare and contrast.

I hope by the end of class you'll have a good baseline of how to best prepare and taste tea, with an eye toward how to enhance it with food.
