1st course- Chopped apple salad with almonds, crispy onions, golden raisins, and Romano cheese
2nd course- Candied apple with walnuts, sausage, and Mascarpone cheese
3rd course- “Caramel Apple” beef tenderloin with bourbon glazed apples and roasted butternut squash
4th course- “Apple pie a la mode” apple butter cannoli with spiced whipped cream
