Vacation Rental Cleaner
We’re Hiring Full-Time Vacation Rental Cleaners!
Join the team at Blue Ridge Escapes and help us keep our vacation homes spotless, well-stocked, and guest-ready! 
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Set schedule – 5 days/week, weekends required
On-site in Christiansburg, VA
Starting at $16/hr
Monthly gas allowance

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and can follow systems with consistency. This is not flexible scheduling—applicants must be available for daytime shifts and able to accept last-minute jobs when needed.
Job Includes:
Cleaning and resetting vacation rental properties
Doing laundry at our Christiansburg facility before shifts
Removing trash and restocking essentials
Taking quality assurance photos after each clean
Reporting damage, restocking inventory, and checking appliances
Occasionally assisting with deep cleans and setups
Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
