My mission is to cultivate homegrown social changemakers prepared to make real change in the world. I help leaders, and future leaders, find and develop the characteristics needed to live their highest calling for the world.  By honoring our roots and transforming the way we show up and work with others, we transcend our roles as "good citizens" to become "global changemakers" who make the world a better place for all of humanity. I'm fortunate to have been a part of the growth journey for people of all ages and stages of life.  In turn, people with whom I've worked have gone on to cultivate changemakers in their own circles of influence.  In this way, the "changemaker effect" multiplies and ripples out to create the world in which we all want to live. I engage people in the Changemaker Journey through individual coaching, mastermind groups, webinars, courses, workshop facilitation and keynote speaking.
