About Us

Water By Design is a premier hot tub, sauna, and endless pool dealer located in downtown Roanoke Virginia. We have been in business since 1984, and are a trade certified company. Fewer than 5% of local spa dealers qualify as a trade certified dealer. We pride ourselves on our service, sale, and delivery departments ensuring customers a simple, easy to understand, and efficient process of purchasing a spa. We offer cute opportunity for customers to enroll in our Valet program, a program that offers reoccurring home visits with one of our certified valet technicians to take care of the ongoing care your spa may need. This ongoing care could include balancing chemicals, drain and refill, or spa cleaning. We also offer customers a chance for a one time "spa school" that helps customers understand the ongoing care and maintenance needed fo their spa.

Our products include Hot Springs, Caldera and Free Flow hot tubs, Finnleo traditional, custom, and infrared saunas, and Endless Pool Swim Spas. Our newest location at 446 Pepper's Ferry Road, Christiansburg VA, is now open for all your hot tub, sauna, or endless pool questions, or needs.
